Sobre a oportunidade Buscamos uma pessoa SQUAD Leader para liderar uma operação internacional de tecnologia, atuando na coordenação de um time multidisciplinar responsável por evolução de software e sustentação de aplicações. Essa pessoa será o principal ponto de coordenação da entrega pela Viceri SEIDOR, atuando próxima ao cliente e ao time técnico para garantir previsibilidade, qualidade, gestão de riscos, acompanhamento dos compromissos de serviço e evolução contínua da operação. A posição envolve interação frequente com stakeholders internacionais, por isso inglês fluente é requisito obrigatório.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições

Liderar e coordenar a SQUAD, acompanhando capacidade, prioridades, impedimentos, riscos e compromissos de entrega.Ser a principal interface operacional da Viceri-SEIDOR com o cliente.Acompanhar indicadores de serviço, SLOs/SLAs, incidentes, backlog, capacidade e planos de melhoria contínua.Coordenar cerimônias, checkpoints, reporting e escalations da operação.Trabalhar em conjunto com Developers, QAs, Arquitetura, Cloud, DBA e demais especialistas.Apoiar processos de Knowledge Transfer, onboarding e estabilização da operação.Participar da coordenação de incidentes críticos, garantindo mobilização das equipes técnicas e comunicação adequada com os stakeholders.Atuar junto ao Product Owner do cliente no refinamento e alinhamento do backlog, estimativas, dependências e impactos de entrega, sem assumir o papel de Product Owner.Apoiar a identificação e tratamento de riscos técnicos, operacionais e de capacidade.Promover melhoria contínua dos processos, indicadores e práticas de delivery.Garantir visibilidade, transparência e previsibilidade sobre a execução dos serviços.

Esse limite entre Delivery Management e Product Ownership é importante no nosso modelo: o SQUAD Leader coordena a entrega da Viceri SEIDOR, enquanto direção de produto, priorização e decisões de negócio permanecem com o cliente.

Requisitos e qualificações Essenciais

Inglês fluente para reuniões, apresentações, negociações e comunicação diária com stakeholders internacionais.Experiência em liderança de times/SQUADs de desenvolvimento e tecnologia.Experiência com gestão de serviços, projetos ou operações de software.Capacidade de acompanhar indicadores, riscos, capacidade, backlog e compromissos de entrega.Experiência em relacionamento direto com clientes e stakeholders executivos e técnicos.Conhecimento de métodos ágeis e práticas de gestão de delivery.Boa capacidade de comunicação, negociação, organização e gestão de conflitos.Capacidade de transitar entre discussões de negócio e discussões técnicas

Será considerado diferencialExperiência em operações internacionais.Experiência com Managed Services e sustentação L2/L3.Conhecimento de SLO, SLA, Incident Management, Problem Management e Change Management.Vivência com ambientes AWS, DevOps, CI/CD e arquiteturas modernas de software.Experiência com operações que possuam esquema de on-call para incidentes críticos.Conhecimentos de ITIL ou práticas de IT Service Management.

Informações adicionais A posição seguirá o horário comercial do Brasil (BRT / UTC-3), com necessidade de disponibilidade para reuniões, cerimônias e interações recorrentes dentro da janela de sobreposição com o horário comercial europeu, especialmente Holanda (CET/CEST).
