Nesta oportunidade, o(a) profissional assumirá uma posição estratégica na liderança da Squad, atuando na organização da operação, gestão de pessoas e acompanhamento do planejamento e execução das entregas. Será responsável por promover a integração entre as áreas de Análise de Negócios, Qualidade (QA) e Desenvolvimento, garantindo alinhamento, previsibilidade e qualidade ao longo dos processos de sustentação.

Sua atuação também será fundamental na conexão entre a Fábrica de Software, a Squad de Atendimento ao Cliente e, quando necessário, os clientes, contribuindo para a priorização de demandas, alinhamento de expectativas, resolução de impedimentos e evolução contínua da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades Organizar, acompanhar e aprimorar os processos, rituais e fluxo de trabalho da Squad de Sustentação; Realizar a gestão e o desenvolvimento das pessoas que compõem a squad; Planejar, conduzir e acompanhar as sprints em conjunto com os Tech Leaders; Apoiar a definição, a priorização e o acompanhamento do backlog de sustentação;Identificar riscos, gargalos, dependências e impedimentos, conduzindo as ações necessárias para sua resolução;Garantir comunicação clara e alinhamento contínuo entre Analistas de Negócio, QAs, Desenvolvedores e Tech Leaders;Realizar a interface com a Squad de Atendimento ao Cliente, garantindo visibilidade, alinhamento de prioridades e evolução no tratamento das demandas;Participar de alinhamentos com clientes quando necessário;Monitorar indicadores relacionados às entregas, qualidade, produtividade, fluxo de demandas e nível de atendimento;Promover ações de melhoria contínua nos processos de sustentação, qualidade e entrega de software.Experiências e conhecimentos necessários  Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares de tecnologia; Conhecimento prático de metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum e Kanban, incluindo planejamento, acompanhamento de sprints e gestão de backlog;Habilidade para desenvolver pessoas, realizar feedbacks, gerir conflitos e promover um ambiente colaborativo; 

Capacidade de atuar como facilitador(a), removendo impedimentos e apoiando o time na manutenção de entregas consistentes; Visão sistêmica para conectar as necessidades dos clientes, processos de negócio, qualidade e tecnologia;Conhecimento em indicadores de fluxo, qualidade e atendimento, visando a melhoria contínua da operação;Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de demandas e acompanhamento de projetos;Conhecimento do processo de Folha de Pagamentos, considerando a relevância desse domínio para as demandas atendidas pela Squad de SustentaçãoRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação  Ensino Superior completo nas áreas de: Tecnologia da Informação; Ciência da Computação; Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas; Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Competências desejadas  Capacidade de organizar prioridades, gerenciar riscos, dependências e demandas concorrentes;Comunicação clara, objetiva e empática para interação com times técnicos, áreas de negócio, atendimento, diretoria e clientes;Perfil proativo, organizado, analítico, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.
