En nuestro Topaz Team, fomentamos un ambiente de colaboración real donde tu curiosidad se premia y tu potencial se expande, aprendiendo de los mejores para resolver desafíos complejos.¿Estás listo/a para ser protagonista de esta evolución? ¡Queremos conocerte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTu Rol como Protagonista de la Transformación: Colaborarás estratégicamente con nuestro partner BPO, asegurando la precisión y eficiencia en la gestión de reportes, transacciones y conciliaciones para impulsar la agilidad de nuestras operaciones.Gestionar asuntos contables y serás un punto de apoyo clave para los equipos de impuestos y nómina, demostrando una visión integral del negocio y fomentando la colaboración entre áreas.Registrar las transacciones financieras, asegurando que se realicen de acuerdo con las normativas contables vigentes.Preparar y presentar informes financieros periódicos, como balances generales, estados de resultados y flujos de efectivo.Realizar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales para asegurar que los registros contables coincidan con los extractos bancarios.Participar en auditorías internas para verificar la exactitud de los registros contables y la eficacia de los controles internos.Asegurar que la empresa cumpla con todas las normativas contables y fiscales vigentes en Uruguay, incluyendo las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF)Mantener comunicación con entidades financieras, auditores externos y organismos reguladores, asegurando que la información financiera sea transparente y esté disponible.Analizar las cuentas, contribuyendo en las justificaciones correspondientes.Tu rol tendrá scope regional trabajando principalmente para Uruguay y Perú, sin limitarse a ello cuando la operación lo requiera.Apertura a otras tareas operativas y/o trabajo en horas extras cuando el negocio lo requiera.Requisitos e qualificaçõesLo que Buscamos para Sumar a Nuestro #TopazTeam:Estudiante avanzando o graduación en Contabilidad, Auditoría o áreas afines.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en contabilidad general y elaboración de informes financieros.Conocimiento sólido en normativa contable nacional, NIIF y tributación en Uruguay.Manejo de nómina y experiencia en conciliaciones bancarias.Manejo de sistemas ERP y dominio de Microsoft Excel.Experiencia en auditorías y controles internos.Habilidades de análisis, organización y comunicación.Alto nivel de compromiso y confidencialidad.Informações adicionaisTu experiencia en Topaz es nuestra prioridad.
