Estamos em busca de um(a) Staff Software Engineer – Developer Experience & AI para atuar na evolução da experiência e produtividade dos times de Engenharia da PWS Cloud.Buscamos uma pessoa com sólida experiência em Engenharia de Software, capaz de identificar gargalos no ciclo de desenvolvimento e transformá-los em ferramentas, automações e capacidades reutilizáveis que reduzam carga cognitiva e aumentem a autonomia dos engenheiros.A posição terá dois pilares principais: Developer Experience (DevEx) e Inteligência Artificial aplicada à Engenharia de Software, utilizando IA, agentes e automações para tornar o ciclo de desenvolvimento mais simples, eficiente e inteligente.Como Staff, esperamos também forte influência técnica, ajudando a definir padrões e direcionar iniciativas que impactem múltiplos times de engenharia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEvoluir a estratégia e as capacidades de Developer Experience da PWS Cloud;Identificar gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria na jornada dos desenvolvedores;Construir ferramentas, automações, CLIs, templates, integrações e capacidades self-service para os times;Criar e evoluir Golden Paths que simplifiquem a criação, desenvolvimento, testes, publicação e operação de serviços;Aplicar IA Generativa e agentes para automatizar e melhorar atividades do ciclo de desenvolvimento;Desenvolver soluções de IA para casos como geração e revisão de código, testes, documentação, troubleshooting e automação de tarefas de engenharia;Integrar agentes e ferramentas de IA ao ecossistema de desenvolvimento, fornecendo acesso seguro a código, documentação, APIs e demais fontes de contexto;Definir padrões e guardrails para utilização segura, eficiente e escalável de IA pela Engenharia;Definir e acompanhar indicadores que permitam medir a evolução da experiência e produtividade dos desenvolvedores;Atuar como referência técnica e influenciar decisões relacionadas a DevEx e IA aplicada à Engenharia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência em Engenharia de Software;Experiência com Developer Experience, Developer Productivity, Developer Tooling ou Platform Engineering;Experiência construindo ferramentas, automações ou plataformas utilizadas por outros desenvolvedores;Experiência com automação do ciclo de desenvolvimento, incluindo CI/CD, testes, qualidade e deploy;Experiência com IA Generativa aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software;Conhecimento de LLMs, AI Coding Assistants, agentes e workflows baseados em IA;Capacidade de integrar ferramentas e modelos de IA a APIs, sistemas e fontes de contexto;Capacidade de transformar problemas recorrentes da engenharia em soluções reutilizáveis e self-service;Experiência atuando como referência técnica, influenciando arquitetura, padrões e evolução de outros engenheiros.Informações adicionaisSerá considerado um diferencial:Experiência na construção de Internal Developer Platforms ou Golden Paths para múltiplos times;Experiência prática na construção de agentes de IA aplicados à Engenharia de Software;Conhecimento de MCP (Model Context Protocol) e estratégias de Context Engineering;Conhecimento de RAG, embeddings, avaliação e observabilidade de aplicações baseadas em LLMs;Experiência com Go, Rust ou Python na construção de ferramentas e automações;Conhecimento de DORA, SPACE Framework ou outras métricas de Developer Experience;Experiência com Kubernetes, Cloud Native, SRE ou Observabilidade;Experiência com plataformas Cloud, SaaS ou ambientes multi-tenant.
