•  É o profissional responsável por garantir a higienização, organização, conservação e gestão do enxoval de utensílios, louças, talheres, panelas e equipamentos da cozinha e das áreas de Alimentos e Bebidas (A&B). Seu trabalho é fundamental para manter a retaguarda operacional limpa, segura e dentro das normas da ANVISA, assegurando que a equipe de cozinha e o salão tenham insumos de serviço limpos e prontos para uso contínuo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições•  Realizar a limpeza de todas as áreas internas da cozinha, incluindo pisos, azulejos, equipamentos, utensílios, louças, copos, grelhas das coifas, portas, janelas e telas.  •  Usar corretamente os dosadores de produtos da máquina de lavar louça para garantir a perfeita higienização e conservação dos materiais.  •  Separar e organizar os materiais de Alimentos & Bebidas (A&B) devidamente higienizados para a devolução ao salão principal, além de manter a higiene do local de trabalho. •  Efetuar o descarte do lixo da cozinha e realizar a limpeza das câmaras de lixo do hotel.  •  Usar corretamente o uniforme completo e os EPIs obrigatórios (incluindo botas e avental de PVC).  •
