Descrição da vagaVenha fazer parte de uma equipe criativa sempre ligada nas tendências e inovações.Se você gosta de moda, vendas e tem muito a contribuir, venha se desenvolver com a gente!!!#somosvilaromanaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesColaborar para integração de todos os novos colaboradores e estimular as relações interpessoais;Acompanhar e liderar a equipe de vendas motivando cada um a prestar o melhor atendimento; Participar dos atendimentos dos vendedores a fim de estimular o crescimento de venda da loja e ensinar as melhores práticas;Acompanhar os colaboradores em loja e pontuar quaisquer divergências de postura e relacionamento ao gerente a fim de realizarem feedback com o colaborador;Acompanhar o gerente de loja e participar dos feedbacks individuais a cada 10 dias, e realizar reunião para reforçar as metas diárias;Realizar a abertura ou fechamento da loja;Apoiar o Gerente de Loja na elaborar relatórios de vendas, promoções, demonstrações e de pesquisa de preços;Responsável em parceria com o Gerente pelo recebimento e entrada de mercadoria na loja;Apoiar o Gerente na realização dos inventários de mercadorias e contagem rotativa de produtos;Participar das montagens demandas pela área de Visual Merchandising;Responsável em manter as secções da loja dentro dos padrões determinados pelo Dep. Visual Merchandising;Manter os produtos etiquetados com os preços atualizados;Preencher todos os formulários de controle de vendas analisando constantemente o desempenho de cada vendedor;Manter uma excelente apresentação pessoal promovendo e transmitindo o lifestyle da marca;Ensinar e estimular a equipe a realizar telemarketing divulgando novidades, promoções e eventos da Marca e pós-vendas para a fidelização dos clientes;Garantir que a equipe de loja realize um excelente atendimento com o objetivo de criar um relacionamento de fidelidade com os clientes;Processar compras no sistema da loja, receber o pagamento do cliente e desenvolver os colaboradores para a execução destas tarefas;Auxiliar o Gerente na realização das atividades administrativas, operacionais, estratégicas e de gestão de pessoas;Garantir o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos das áreas de tecnologia, financeira, fiscal, comercial, planejamento, RH, e identificar melhorias dos mesmos;Cumprir com as normas e procedimentos do Shopping ou da região em que a loja está localizada;Responsável por realizar e acompanhar as marcações para os consertos de roupas dos atendimentos;Manter-se atualizado sobre a marca e os produtos buscando informações nas ferramentas disponíveis (site, comunicado, informativo de produto, intranet, etc).Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência: 1 ano (ramo varejista)Conhecimentos em técnicas de Vendas / Moda / Gestão de PessoasEnsino Superior - DesejávelResidir próximo ao local de trabalhoInformações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: Loja, quais lojas
