GESTÃO DA EQUIPEReceber e distribuir a equipe nos setores, garantindo que todos saibam o que fazer. Garantir o cumprimento do registro de ponto.Treinar na prática a equipe de salão sobre atendimento, abordagem e padrão da casa.Assumir integralmente a liderança da casa na ausência do Gerente.Supervisionar apresentação pessoal, uniformes e condições de higiene da equipe. 3. EXPERIÊNCIA DO CLIENTE

Receber clientes na porta e circular no salão garantindo satisfação.Ser responsável por resolver reclamações imediatas de mesa e transformar em experiência positiva.Realizar verificações constantes de tempo de atendimento, reposição do buffet e limpeza de mesas.4. SEGURANÇA E NORMASGarantir o cumprimento integral do Manual de Boas Práticas, POPs e normas da Vigilância Sanitária.Fiscalizar e garantir o uso correto de EPIs e uniformes.Zelar pela segurança da equipe, clientes e patrimônio da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Experiência mínima de 1 ano como Subgerente, Encarregado ou Líder de Salão.Experiência em liderança direta de equipe de salão e apoio.Vivência em atendimento ao cliente, resolução de conflitos em mesa e organização de salão.Conhecimento em rotinas operacionais: abertura e fechamento de casa, check-list de limpeza, organização de praça e escala.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x1, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.Desejável (Será um diferencial):Ensino Médio completo ou Superior cursando em Administração, Gastronomia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com sistema PDV, fechamento de caixa e controle de ponto.Conhecimento em treinamento de garçons e cumins.Conhecimento no Pacote Office.Perfil Comportamental:Empatia e jogo de cinturaOrganizaçãoDisciplinaProatividadeSabe delegar e cobrarSabe ensinarComunicação clara e firmeInformações adicionaisBenefícios:Alimentação no localVale alimentaçãoPossibilidade de crescimento profissional
