O Subgerente de Loja é responsável por apoiar a gestão da unidade, garantindo a execução das estratégias comerciais, operacionais e de pessoas. Atua diretamente na liderança das equipes, acompanhamento de indicadores e resultados, organização da operação e cumprimento dos padrões da empresa, contribuindo para o desempenho da loja e a excelência no atendimento aos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o Gerente de Loja na gestão operacional, comercial e administrativa da unidade.Liderar, orientar e desenvolver equipes operacionais, líderes e coordenadores.Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, margem, perdas, despesas, produtividade e desempenho.Distribuir metas e monitorar a execução das atividades junto às equipes.Garantir o abastecimento da loja, organização dos estoques e controle de rupturas.Acompanhar recebimento de mercadorias, inventários e processos de prevenção de perdas.Garantir a correta exposição de produtos, precificação, comunicação visual e execução de campanhas promocionais.Realizar reuniões de alinhamento com as equipes e fornecer feedbacks periódicos.Acompanhar escalas de trabalho e apoiar processos de recrutamento, movimentação e desligamento de colaboradores.Supervisionar abertura e fechamento da loja e dos caixas.Atuar na resolução de problemas operacionais e no atendimento de ocorrências com clientes.Garantir o cumprimento das normas internas, procedimentos operacionais e requisitos de segurança.Apoiar auditorias, controles internos e ações de melhoria contínua.Acompanhar fornecedores, promotores e prestadores de serviço que atuam na unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio Completo.Experiência em cargos de liderança no varejo alimentar.Vivência na gestão de equipes operacionais.Conhecimento em processos de loja, estoque, inventários e frente de caixa.Experiência com acompanhamento de metas e indicadores de desempenho.DesejáveisEnsino Superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Cursos de liderança, gestão de varejo ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de varejo (ERP).Noções de prevenção de perdas, controle de despesas e legislação trabalhista.Competências ComportamentaisLiderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.Comunicação clara e objetiva.Organização e disciplina operacional.ProatividadeCapacidade analítica e tomada de decisão.Foco em resultados.Trabalho em equipe e colaboração.Ética e comprometimento.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada Jornada de trabalho de 220 horas mensais e 44 horas semanais, com atuação em escala de revezamento, incluindo domingos e feriados.
