Todo dia diferente, mas sempre igual.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o Gerente de Loja na gestão da equipe e na operação da unidade.Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, metas, produtividade e resultados.Realizar treinamentos e desenvolver a equipe de vendas.Garantir a excelência no atendimento ao cliente e a experiência de compra.Acompanhar abertura e fechamento de caixa e da loja.Controlar estoque, inventários, recebimento e organização de mercadorias.Assegurar a correta exposição dos produtos conforme os padrões de visual merchandising.Apoiar processos de recrutamento, integração e acompanhamento de colaboradores.Atuar na resolução de conflitos e no suporte às demandas da equipe.Garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e políticas da empresa.Acompanhar as vendas da equipe através da utilização de ferramentas de vendas tais como: CRM, código de vendedor e cartão Taco.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento;Experiência anterior em liderança no varejo, preferencialmente no segmento de moda.Conhecimento de indicadores de vendas e gestão de equipes.Disponibilidade para atuar em escala de shopping e finais de semana.
