Atua diretamente na liderança das equipes, acompanhamento de indicadores, gestão de estoques, produção e abastecimento, assegurando a execução dos padrões da empresa e a melhor experiência para os clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver as equipes dos setores de Padaria, Açougue, Frios e Hortifruti.Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, margem, perdas, rupturas, produtividade e rentabilidade.Garantir o abastecimento, organização e exposição adequada dos produtos perecíveis.Gerenciar pedidos de mercadorias conforme demanda, giro e planejamento comercial.Monitorar estoques, inventários, produtos sem giro e controle de validade.Acompanhar processos de produção, assegurando qualidade, rendimento e redução de desperdícios.Garantir a correta precificação, comunicação visual e execução de campanhas promocionais.Realizar reuniões, alinhamentos operacionais e feedbacks com as equipes.Controlar perdas, quebras e rebaixas, propondo ações para melhoria dos resultados.Acompanhar o recebimento de mercadorias, avaliando qualidade, quantidade e conformidade.Garantir o cumprimento das normas sanitárias, segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação.Monitorar o funcionamento de equipamentos, câmaras frias e estruturas dos setores.Atuar na solução de problemas operacionais e no atendimento de demandas da loja.Apoiar auditorias, controles internos e processos de melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio Completo.Experiência em cargos de liderança no varejo alimentar.Vivência na gestão de equipes operacionais de perecíveis.Conhecimento em estoque, inventários, pedidos, controle de validade e prevenção de perdas.Conhecimento dos processos operacionais de Padaria, Açougue, Frios e Hortifruti.Experiência com acompanhamento de indicadores e metas.DesejáveisEnsino Superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Cursos de liderança, gestão de varejo ou segurança alimentar.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de varejo (ERP).Conhecimento em análise de indicadores e relatórios gerenciais.Competências ComportamentaisLiderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.Comunicação clara e objetiva.Organização e disciplina operacional.Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão.Proatividade.Foco em resultados.Trabalho em equipe e cooperação.Ética e comprometimento.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada Jornada de trabalho de 220 horas mensais e 44 horas semanais, com atuação em escala de revezamento, incluindo domingos e feriados.
