O Summer Job Régia Capital é um programa remunerado para estudantes universitários que desejam conhecer o mercado financeiro e vivenciar a rotina de uma gestora de investimentos sustentáveis. Serão duas vagas, uma em ESG e outra em Crédito, com início em janeiro de 2027 e duração de 2 a 3 meses, conforme o calendário acadêmico e a disponibilidade do estudante.O foco do programa é acompanhar as equipes, aprender na prática e participar das atividades do dia a dia, com orientação dos profissionais da Régia. Os participantes iniciarão o programa em áreas diferentes e, ao longo do período, realizarão um job rotation entre ESG e Crédito. A troca ocorrerá aproximadamente na metade do programa, considerando a duração e a disponibilidade de cada estudante, para que ambos tenham a oportunidade de vivenciar as duas áreasBuscamos estudantes curiosos, com interesse em aprender e conhecer como a análise de empresas e de aspectos ambientais, sociais e de governança se relaciona com as decisões de investimento.Incentivamos, fortemente, a candidatura de pessoas que se identifiquem em grupos minorizados, como pessoas pretas, mulheres, pessoas com deficiência, LGBTQIAP+ entre outros. Queremos ampliar o acesso ao mercado financeiro e contribuir para a formação de novos profissionais.Acreditamos que novas ideias nascem quando diferentes experiências, conhecimentos e formas de pensar se encontram. Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar a rotina da área de alocação e participar de reuniões e discussões com a equipe, com orientação dos profissionais responsáveis;Apoiar pesquisas sobre empresas, setores e temas relevantes para as análises de ESG e Crédito;Auxiliar na coleta e organização de informações, atualização de materiais e demais atividades do dia a dia;Conhecer, em Crédito, como a equipe avalia a situação financeira das empresas e sua capacidade de pagamento e, em ESG, como analisa aspectos ambientais, sociais e de governança;Conforme o andamento do programa, desenvolver uma análise introdutória de uma empresa, com acompanhamento da equipe, e compartilhar os aprendizados;Ter contato com profissionais das duas áreas, com possibilidade de troca entre ESG e Crédito durante o programa.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ser estudante universitário(a), a partir do 3º período, independentemente do curso; Ter disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente por 6 horas diárias no escritório da Régia, no Humaitá, Rio de Janeiro, por 2 a 3 meses a partir de janeiro de 2027, até o retorno às aulas, em data a combinar; Ter interesse em conhecer o mercado financeiro, a análise de empresas e os temas de sustentabilidade; Ter curiosidade, organização, disposição para trabalhar em equipe e vontade de aprender;

Não é necessário ter experiência prévia no mercado financeiro nem conhecimento técnico aprofundado em ESG ou Crédito. O programa tem foco em aprendizado e desenvolvimento.
