Atuar como principal elo entre a organização e as marcas, assegurando que os conceitos, processos e experiências sejam implementados e executados com os mais altos níveis de excelência. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGestão Estratégica das Operações: Liderar estrategicamente o portfólio de restaurantes sob sua responsabilidade;Garantir a sustentabilidade financeira e operacional dos negócios; Definir prioridades, planos de crescimento e estratégias para maximização de resultados; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, expansão e desenvolvimento das operações; Atuar como principal referência executiva para todas as questões relacionadas às operações gastronômicas;Relacionamento com Marcas Internacionais: Apoiar na contrução e manter relacionamento com executivos, representantes e lideranças das marcas; Participar de reuniões estratégicas, auditorias e fóruns de acompanhamento com parceiros globais; Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais, gastronômicos e de experiência estabelecidos pelas marcas; Facilitar a resolução de demandas e alinhamentos entre as partes.Implantação de Novos Restaurantes e Conceitos: Participar dos projetos de implantação e inauguração de novos restaurantes; Definir equipamentos, utensílios, uniformes, layout operacional, estrutura de salão, fluxos operacionais e dimensionamento de equipes; Garantir que as operações sejam inauguradas dentro dos padrões acordados com as marcas parceiras; Apoiar o desenvolvimento de processos e procedimentos operacionais.Gestão Financeira e Performance: Acompanhar resultados financeiros das operações; Gerenciar indicadores como CMV, CMU, custos de pessoal, estoques, margem operacional, receita e rentabilidade; Desenvolver planos de ação para aumento de eficiência e rentabilidade.Excelência na Experiência do Cliente: Garantir experiências alinhadas aos padrões das principais marcas da gastronomia mundial; Monitorar indicadores de satisfação dos clientes; Promover cultura de hospitalidade, atenção aos detalhes e excelência em serviço.Qualidade e Segurança Alimentar: Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e segurança alimentar;Supervisionar auditorias internas e externas; Assegurar conformidade com exigências regulatórias e padrões internacionais.Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança: Liderar e desenvolver gestores e lideranças operacionais dos restaurantes; Promover cultura de alta performance e excelência. Auditorias e Governança: Acompanhar auditorias conduzidas pelas marcas parceiras; Garantir aderência aos padrões estabelecidos contratualmente; Monitorar indicadores de conformidade.
