A Jornada Auto e RE atua em todo o território nacional e países do MERCOSUL, com foco estratégico na abertura de serviços e sinistros para a carteira de clientes de grandes marcas do mercado segurador: Porto, Azul, Itaú e Mitsui. O nosso principal objetivo é atender o cliente com excelência, prestando um suporte ágil, humano e eficiente no momento em que ele mais precisa. Para garantir essa entrega, operamos em regime contínuo, 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, mantendo um foco constante na qualidade, na otimização de processos e na gestão de indicadores operacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar, motivar e capacitar a equipe de atendimento da Jornada Auto e Residencial, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo, ético e focado em alta performance;Supervisionar a operação em tempo real para garantir o cumprimento rigoroso dos SLAs de abertura de serviços e sinistros acordados com as marcas parceiras (Porto, Azul, Itaú e Mitsui);Extrair, manipular, analisar e interpretar indicadores diários da operação (como TMA, TME, nível de serviço e absenteísmo), transformando dados em planos de ação;Utilizar ferramentas de BI (Power BI) e relatórios executivos para dar suporte à tomada de decisões estratégicas da liderança;Realizar a gestão de escalas, pausas e turnos, assegurando a cobertura e a eficiência de uma operação crítica que roda 24h por dia, 7 dias por semana;Identificar falhas ou oportunidades nos fluxos operacionais e propor melhorias contínuas através de metodologias de processos e projetos;Liderar e engajar uma equipa inserida num modelo de operação crítica 24/7, garantindo a consistência na qualidade do atendimento em todos os turnos;Gerir simultaneamente os diferentes níveis de exigência e particularidades operacionais das quatro marcas atendidas (Porto, Azul, Itaú e Mitsui);Tomar decisões rápidas e assertivas baseadas em dados em momentos de picos de volume ou contingências operacionais;Manter o foco constante em eficiência e redução de tempos de atendimento, sem perder a empatia e a excelência necessárias na abertura de um sinistro.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Completo (áreas de Exatas ou Humanas);Sólida experiência anterior em liderança, gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento de equipas operacionais;Domínio do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel avançado e PowerPoint para apresentações de resultados);Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI);Capacidade analítica comprovada para extração, manipulação e interpretação de KPIs operacionais;Forte competência em comunicação clara, empatia, inteligência emocional e resolução de conflitos.Diferencial:Atuação no ramo de seguros/assistência 24h

Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho:  De segunda a segunda a sexta-feira sendo, 4x na semana no formato presencial e 1x na semana com atuação home office, e atuação aos finais de semana mediante escala de forma presencial;
