Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na supervisão das rotinas de facilities e serviços gerais, garantindo a qualidade, organização e bom funcionamento dos ambientes, além de acompanhar a atuação das equipes e fornecedores envolvidos na operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar e orientar as equipes responsáveis por limpeza, serviços gerais e atendimento/recepção;Acompanhar a atuação de empresas terceirizadas relacionadas à manutenção e conservação dos espaços;Realizar inspeções periódicas nos ambientes, verificando limpeza, organização, conservação e condições gerais;Acompanhar frequência, pontualidade, distribuição de atividades e desempenho das equipes;Garantir a organização e conservação de áreas comuns, banheiros, áreas de trabalho e espaços de apoio;Apoiar rotinas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas à recepção e controle de acessos;Acompanhar demandas de manutenção predial, contribuindo para o direcionamento e resolução de ocorrências;Manter interface com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, acompanhando entregas e qualidade dos serviços realizados;Controlar o estoque e o consumo de materiais de limpeza, higiene e equipamentos de proteção;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas rotinas de facilities e serviços gerais;Apoiar a integração, orientação e treinamento das equipes, promovendo boas práticas e padronização das atividades;Atuar na resolução de demandas operacionais do dia a dia, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com gestão de equipes operacionais (principalmente limpeza)Boa comunicação e habilidade para lidar com diferentes níveis de hierarquia.Perfil proativo, organizado e com facilidade para resolução de problemasEnsino Superior Cursando ou Completo (Mais recomendada)Ensino Superior (Completo/cursando) em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão de Facilities, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Ensino Médio + Curso Técnico em Técnico em Edificações, Técnico em Manutenção, Técnico em Administração ou Hotelaria.Conhecimento em ExcelDisponibilidade para atuação presencial em MaríliaDiferenciais:Experiência prévia em facilities ou gestão predialVivência com gestão de contratos terceirizados Informações adicionaisVale AlimentaçãoVale transporteTotalPassDay offConvenio médico/odontológico
