Trabalhar conosco é evoluir, se conectar e acreditar em fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas.Venha fazer parte desse time incrível que faz a história da Flora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela execução nos canais varejo e cash and carry, liderando e capacitando a equipe de promotores, apoiar a equipe de vendas nas ações de sell-out, gestão sobre os indicadores de performance dos promotores, fortalecimento das estratégias de execução das marcas e categorias.Executar as ações negociadas pelo time comercial em sua região dentro dos prazos estipulados prestando contas aos gestores e também ao time comercial e Trade responsável pela ação;Alta sinergia com o time de vendas, Trade e Mkt;Gestão da equipe de promotores de merchandising através da ferramenta Agile promovendo o desenvolvimento e capacitação através das ferramentas de feedback e treinamentos;Organizar reuniões mensais com a equipe e os demais gestores;Construção de diagnósticos e análises com base nas visitas em campo para suporte nos trabalho de sell-out junto à equipe de vendas;Controle e distribuição dos materiais de merchandising e de EPI para a equipe;Responsável, pela conferência e pelo envio de relatórios e documentos do campo (ocorrências, cartão de ponto, programação de férias etc).Aplicação do Guia de Execução no ponto de vendas.Ser exemplo na multiplicação dos nossos valores, código de conduta e regras de segurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou em andamento (andamento = finalizando ultimo semestre).Habilitação categoria B;Conhecimentos em ferramentas de informática do pacote Office são indispensáveis.Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos.Experiência comprovada em Supervisão de Merchandising no segmento do varejo alimentar (bens de consumo) em qualquer segmento. Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica com regime de coparticipação;Assistência Odontológica;Veículo da empresa;Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Gympass.Auxílio Creche para mamães;Kit maternidade;Veículo;Vale combustível;Bônus de acordo com a política vigente.
