A Cappuccino busca um(a) Supervisor(a) de Operações para atuar na organização e acompanhamento das demandas da agência, garantindo fluidez entre as áreas, cumprimento de prazos, organização dos processos e eficiência na execução dos projetos.Essa pessoa terá um papel importante na conexão entre Atendimento, Criação, Mídia, Planejamento e demais áreas envolvidas nos projetos, acompanhando o fluxo das entregas e apoiando os times na priorização e resolução de possíveis gargalos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar o fluxo operacional dos projetos e campanhas da agência;Acompanhar cronogramas, prazos, prioridades e status das entregase identificar antecipadamente possíveis gargalos, riscos e impactos nos cronogramas;Atuar em parceria com Atendimento, Criação, Mídia, Planejamento, Produção e demais times;Acompanhar a capacidade dos times e apoiar na organização e priorização das demandas;Apoiar os gestores na definição de prioridades e planejamento das entregas;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento de projetos e status operacional;Garantir que briefings, informações e materiais necessários estejam disponíveis para o início das atividades;Organizar e acompanhar processos internos, propondo melhorias que tragam maior eficiência para a operação;Monitorar indicadores relacionados a prazos, produtividade, volume de demandas e capacidade das equipes;Apoiar na implementação e utilização de ferramentas de gestão de projetos;Fazer interface com fornecedores e parceiros quando necessário;Garantir visibilidade sobre o andamento dos projetos para as lideranças e áreas envolvidas;Acompanhar campanhas, analisar métricas e emissão de relatórios.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência anterior em operações, gestão de projetos, tráfego ou áreas correlatas, preferencialmente em agência de publicidade, comunicação ou marketing;Experiência com acompanhamento de múltiplos projetos e demandas simultâneas;Conhecimento da dinâmica e dos fluxos de uma agência de publicidade;Boa capacidade de organização, planejamento e priorização;Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e perfis profissionais;Perfil proativo e com capacidade de antecipar problemas e propor soluções;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e organização de demandas, como Skills ou similares;Conhecimento de Excel/Google Sheets e ferramentas do pacote Office/Google Workspace.DiferenciaisExperiência com gestão de capacidade e alocação de equipes;Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis;Experiência com indicadores de produtividade e eficiência operacional;Vivência com gestão de fornecedores e controle de custos de projetos;Experiência em agências digitais ou integradas.
