Sobre a oportunidade

A Seek RH conduz processo seletivo para uma empresa do segmento de self storage, para a posição de Supervisor(a) Administrativo(a) Comercial. A atuação é presencial em Porto Alegre/RS, com contratação CLT e início previsto com urgência.

A pessoa contratada será responsável pela rotina da unidade e pelo desenvolvimento das atividades comerciais e administrativas, contribuindo para a conversão de oportunidades, a retenção de clientes e o alcance dos resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

Gerir a rotina administrativa e operacional da unidade e apoiar a gestão da equipe. Atender leads, identificar necessidades e conduzir oportunidades até a conversão. Realizar prospecção ativa, negociações e acompanhamento de clientes. Desenvolver parcerias comerciais para ampliar oportunidades de negócio. Acompanhar metas e indicadores, analisar resultados e apoiar a definição de ações para alcançar os objetivos. Contribuir para a retenção e satisfação dos clientes. Executar e acompanhar rotinas administrativas da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Experiência com vendas, atendimento comercial ou gestão de clientes. Vivência com metas e indicadores de desempenho. Experiência com rotinas administrativas. Capacidade de conduzir negociações, atendimento de leads e prospecção ativa. Inglês em nível que permita comunicação. Experiência com liderança de equipes ou gestão de unidade será considerada um diferencial.

Competências comportamentais

Perfil comercial, negociador e orientado a resultados. Boa comunicação e habilidade para construir relacionamentos com clientes e parceiros. Organização, autonomia e iniciativa. Capacidade de acompanhar prioridades e atuar de forma colaborativa.
