A missão desse cargo é planejar rotinas de trabalho em administração de edifícios; treinam funcionários em hospedagem e coordenam equipes de trabalho. Atendem clientes em hotéis e restaurantes; avaliam o desempenho de funcionários, a execução de serviços e relatórios de operação e de avaliação. Verificam manutenção de instalações, equipamentos e utensílios.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a limpeza e arrumação dos apartamentos, garantindo os padrões de qualidade;Elaborar cronogramas de execução de tarefas, definindo as funções da equipe de trabalho;Orientar a execução dos serviços;Avaliar o tempo e a qualidade na realização das tarefas;Elaborar relatórios sobre quebra e reposição de materiais;Registrar ocorrências nos setores;Controlar o consumo de matérias-primas e insumos;Realizar triagem de peças de roupas e utensílios para descarte ou reparo;Elaborar relatório sobre a situação de ocupação dos quartos;Desenvolver suas atividades aplicando e utilizando normas e procedimentos de biossegurança e/ou segurança do trabalho;Auxiliar na elaboração das escalas de trabalho, distribuindo as tarefas de forma equitativa entre os membros da equipe, considerando as competências e a disponibilidade de cada um;Manter-se atualizado em relação às novas tecnologias, buscando aprimorar seus conhecimentos e compartilhá-los com a equipe;Garantir que as documentações legais dos serviços sob sua responsabilidade estejam em dia, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação vigente;Manter a Governanta informada sobre as rotinas da área;Substituir a Governanta em suas ausências, quando necessário;Auxiliar a Governanta na orientação e capacitação da equipe em relação aos procedimentos e protocolos específicos do andar, bem como às políticas e diretrizes do hospital;Atuar como intermediário entre a equipe de arrumadeiras e a Governanta da clínica, transmitindo informações, sugestões e demandas de ambos os lados;Resolver conflitos e problemas que possam surgir no dia a dia, buscando soluções eficazes e promovendo um ambiente de trabalho harmonioso.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo.Vivência anterior como supervisor ou encarregado de asg;Vivência em supervisão e gestão de equipes de manutenção;Disponibilidade para escala 12x36 (Diurno).Informações adicionaisAlimentação no local;Vale-transporte;WellHub (desconto em academias);Plano de saúde e odontológico após 90 dias de experiência.
