Responsável por planejar, coordenar e supervisionar todas as atividades do setor de açougue, garantindo a correta execução dos processos de recebimento, armazenamento, manipulação, desossa, cortes, produção, embandejamento, pesagem, etiquetagem, exposição e comercialização de carnes bovinas, suínas, aves e demais produtos do setor. Atua na gestão da equipe, controle de estoque, prevenção de perdas, qualidade dos produtos, cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, normas sanitárias e metas de vendas, assegurando a excelência operacional e a satisfação dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, orientar, desenvolver e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe do setor, garantindo o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e padrões da empresa.Planejar, organizar e supervisionar as atividades de recebimento, armazenamento, manipulação, desossa, cortes, produção, embandejamento e exposição de carnes e derivados.Garantir a qualidade dos produtos recebidos e comercializados, monitorando aspectos como temperatura, aparência, validade, conservação e segurança alimentar.Realizar a gestão de estoque do setor, acompanhando níveis de abastecimento, giro de produtos, rupturas, inventários e necessidades de reposição.Efetuar pedidos de compras e acompanhar relatórios operacionais, movimentações de estoque, perdas e indicadores do setor.Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões de cortes, fichas técnicas, códigos de pesagem, taras, etiquetagem e demais procedimentos operacionais.Garantir o correto abastecimento dos balcões, ilhas e expositores, observando layout, precificação, organização e apresentação dos produtos.Monitorar o processo produtivo e o correto acondicionamento dos produtos, incluindo armazenamento em câmaras frias e processos de resfriamento pré-exposição.Controlar perdas, quebras, vencimentos e descartes, promovendo ações para redução de desperdícios e melhoria dos resultados.Garantir a limpeza, organização e higienização do setor, equipamentos, utensílios e áreas de manipulação.Fiscalizar o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, utilização de EPIs e boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.Prestar suporte ao atendimento ao cliente, assegurando qualidade, cordialidade e resolução de ocorrências relacionadas ao setor.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, produtividade, vendas e rentabilidade, propondo melhorias contínuas para a operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio Completo.Experiência comprovada em operações de açougue.Experiência em liderança de equipes.Conhecimento em cortes bovinos, suínos, aves e derivados.Conhecimento em processos de desossa, manipulação e conservação de carnes.Conhecimento em controle de estoque, perdas e inventários.Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em finais de semana e feriados.DesejáveisCurso de Manipulação de Alimentos.Curso na área de Açougue ou Carnes.Conhecimento em sistemas utilizados para controle de estoque, compras, recebimento e movimentação de mercadorias.Experiência em supermercados, atacarejos ou varejo alimentar. Informações adicionaisBenefícios Vale AlimentaçãoAdicional de InsalubridadeVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada 07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
