Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Supervisor(a) de Alpinismo Industrial você vai:Supervisionar, coordenar e apoiar equipes de alpinistas industriais na execução de atividades em altura e de difícil acesso, garantindo a conformidade com os procedimentos operacionais, normas técnicas e requisitos de segurança.Planejar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades executadas por técnicas de acesso por cordas, assegurando a qualidade, produtividade e cumprimento dos cronogramas estabelecidos.Realizar inspeções prévias das frentes de trabalho, identificar riscos, definir métodos de acesso seguros e garantir a correta utilização dos equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs) e equipamentos de acesso por cordas.Coordenar serviços de montagem, inspeção, manutenção, pintura, ensaios, instrumentação, elétrica, mecânica e demais atividades executadas por alpinismo industrial.Garantir o atendimento às normas regulamentadoras aplicáveis, em especial NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura), NR-33 (Espaço Confinado, quando aplicável) e procedimentos internos do cliente.Realizar Análise de Risco (AR), Permissão de Trabalho (PT), abertura de AS e REDE, inspeções de equipamentos e controle documental das atividades.Supervisionar e orientar equipes próprias e terceirizadas, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e produtividade.Efetuar levantamentos de campo, elaborar relatórios técnicos, registros fotográficos e acompanhamento de indicadores das atividades executadas.Participar de reuniões de planejamento, alinhamento operacional e segurança, representando a empresa perante clientes e fiscalizações.Acompanhar e validar resgates simulados, treinamentos operacionais e certificações dos profissionais de acesso por cordas.Controlar recursos, equipamentos e materiais utilizados nas atividades, garantindo sua disponibilidade, rastreabilidade e condições adequadas de uso.Assegurar a entrega dos serviços dentro dos requisitos técnicos, de qualidade e segurança estabelecidos pelo cliente e pela empresa.
