Competências PedagógicasPlanejamento, acompanhamento e avaliação de projetos inclusivos.Elaboração, orientação e monitoramento de Planos de Ensino Individualizados (PEI).Conhecimento das práticas de Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE).Adaptação curricular, metodologias ativas e materiais acessíveis.Avaliação pedagógica diferenciada, respeitando especificidades dos alunos.3. Competências Administrativas e de GestãoElaboração de relatórios técnicos e pareceres pedagógicos.Controle de horas voltadas às terceirizações.Coordenação e liderança de profissionais.4.
