Recomendamos aos candidatos verificar sempre a autenticidade das vagas acessando diretamente nosso site oficial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as atividades técnicas e assistenciais das equipes de enfermagem, planejando e redistribuindo profissionais conforme a demanda, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento, o cumprimento de protocolos clínicos e normas institucionais, monitorando indicadores e metas de segurança do paciente, orientando tecnicamente a equipe, promovendo melhorias nos processos com foco na experiência do paciente, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe, colaborando na elaboração orçamentária da área e assegurando a execução das diretrizes organizacionais.Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino Superior completo em Enfermagem, com inscrição no COREN.Você irá se destacar se tiver:- Conhecimento de assistência em UTI, centro cirúrgico, internação, pediatria, emergência;- Atendimento ao cliente;- Protocolos assistenciais;- Gestão de equipes;- Redação;- Pós-graduação - Especialização, preferencialmente em gestão hospitalar, auditoria ou saúde da família;- CNH, categoria B.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Atuação Presencial no Hospital da Unimed, localizado em São José/SC.
