Supervisionar caldeiras, sistemas de bombeamento, compressores e geradores, monitorando parâmetros de desempenho e qualidade da água e combustível. Atuar no planejamento e execução de manutenções preditivas, preventivas e corretivas, garantindo conformidade com permissões de trabalho, políticas de SSMS e requisitos regulatórios.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as operações e atividades de manutenção de equipamentos e instalações mecânicas e elétricas da unidade.Supervisionar o funcionamento de caldeiras, sistemas de bombeamento, compressores de ar, geração de vapor e geradores essenciais.Acompanhar o desempenho de máquinas e equipamentos, garantindo eficiência operacional e segurança.Realizar inspeções e supervisionar reparos em bombas, válvulas, propulsores e sistemas de lastro.Planejar e apoiar a execução de manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas, incluindo paradas programadas e não programadas.Assegurar que as permissões de trabalho sejam corretamente emitidas, cumpridas e registradas.Mobilizar recursos, peças e materiais necessários para reparos e intervenções de manutenção.Elaborar relatórios técnicos de manutenção e garantir a precisão dos registros no sistema informatizado (CMMS).Manter atualizado o banco de dados de manutenção e o livro de óleo, assegurando rastreabilidade e conformidade com auditorias e inspeções regulatórias.Fornecer informações e dados técnicos para apoiar o Superintendente de Manutenção em orçamentos e planejamentos.Estar ciente das responsabilidades relacionadas à resposta de emergência e atuar em conformidade com planos de contingência.
