A posição envolve a gestão integral das rotinas de folha, liderança de equipe e garantia de conformidade com a legislação vigente. Requer sólido conhecimento técnico, perfil analítico, organização e postura consultiva para atuação como interface entre áreas internas e stakeholders.O principal desafio está na condução eficiente dos processos de folha para múltiplas operações, assegurando precisão nos cálculos, cumprimento de prazos legais e qualidade das entregas. Também envolve a promoção de melhorias contínuas, automatização de processos e desenvolvimento do time.Principais AtividadesExecutar o processamento completo da folha de pagamento (folha mensal, adiantamentos, rescisões e encargos);Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e das obrigações acessórias;Gerenciar e validar cálculos de encargos (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, entre outros);Acompanhar e garantir o envio de obrigações como eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF e RAIS;Realizar conferências, auditorias e controles de qualidade das rotinas de folha;Atuar na identificação e resolução de inconsistências, bem como no atendimento a fiscalizações e auditorias;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de analistas e assistentes;Estruturar e aprimorar processos, com foco em eficiência e automação;Acompanhar interações com entidades sindicais;Atuar como ponto de contato para stakeholders internos ou externos, assegurando cumprimento de SLAs e qualidade nas entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino superior completo em Contabilidade, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 anos com o Protheus 12;Sólido conhecimento em legislação trabalhista atualizada;Domínio sólido e técnico em rotinas de folha de pagamento;Experiência com gestão de múltiplas empresas;Familiaridade com ferramentas tecnológicas e uso de IA;Prática com Excel de intermediário a avançado;Experiência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;Perfil resiliente, capacidade de organização e gestão de prazos;Informações adicionaisO que ofertamos:📄 Contratação CLT;💰 Remuneração mensal de R$ 5.600;🏢 Atuação híbrida na região do Brooklyn Paulista;🩺 Plano de saúde e odontológico SulAmérica, 100% custeado para o colaborador;💻 Disponibilização de equipamentos para atuação nos dias remotos;🏠 Auxílio home-office;🎉 Day off no mês do aniversário.
