Responsável por supervisionar as atividades do setor de frios e laticínios, garantindo o correto atendimento ao cliente e a excelência na apresentação dos produtos. Atua na supervisão da equipe, orientando as rotinas de fatiagem, pesagem, embalagem e reposição dos itens no balcão e nas gôndolas, assegurando a qualidade, validade e correta exposição dos produtos.Também é responsável por acompanhar o controle de estoque, giro de mercadorias e níveis de ruptura, garantindo a disponibilidade dos produtos para venda. Supervisiona a organização, limpeza e higienização do setor, equipamentos e utensílios, assegurando o cumprimento das normas de segurança alimentar e boas práticas.Além disso, apoia o desenvolvimento da equipe, orienta quanto aos padrões de atendimento, qualidade e produtividade, e contribui para a melhoria contínua dos processos, visando uma experiência de compra satisfatória para os clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a operação do setor de frios e laticínios, incluindo câmara fria, balcão, produção, reposição e organização do estoque.Coordenar a equipe do setor (operador de câmara fria, auxiliares, balconistas e repositores), organizando escalas e distribuindo atividades.Garantir o correto recebimento, armazenamento, fracionamento, embalagem, exposição e reposição dos produtos.Assegurar o cumprimento do layout da loja e a correta exposição dos produtos para venda.Monitorar diariamente a temperatura de câmaras frias e balcões refrigerados.Controlar validade dos produtos, perdas e rupturas, garantindo a aplicação do sistema P.V.P.S.Acompanhar e corrigir desvios operacionais do setor quando necessário.Garantir a organização, limpeza e higienização das áreas, equipamentos, balcões e câmaras frias.Orientar a equipe na execução correta das atividades e padrões do setor.Garantir atendimento ao cliente no balcão de frios quando necessário, com qualidade e agilidade.Interagir com áreas internas como recebimento, estoque, prevenção de perdas e liderança da loja.Garantir cumprimento das normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e segurança do trabalho.Garantir uso correto de EPIs, especialmente em ambiente refrigerado.Apoiar operacionalmente o setor quando necessário para garantir a continuidade da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Ensino médio completoExperiência em setor de frios, laticínios ou perecíveisExperiência com liderança de equipes operacionaisConhecimento em controle de validade e sistema P.V.P.S.Conhecimento básico de higiene e manipulação de alimentosVivência em varejo alimentar (supermercado, atacarejo ou similar)Desejáveis:Conhecimento em prevenção de perdas no setorExperiência com organização de layout e exposição de produtosExperiência com atendimento ao clienteConhecimento em rotinas de estoque e recebimento de mercadoriasInformações adicionaisBenefícios Prêmio AssiduidadeAdicional de InsalubridadeVale alimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada 07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
