Responsável pela supervisão operacional do setor de Hortifrúti, garantindo o abastecimento, qualidade, organização, exposição e comercialização de frutas, verduras, legumes e demais produtos do setor. Atua na liderança, orientação e acompanhamento da equipe, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, padrões de qualidade, segurança alimentar e atendimento ao cliente. Realiza o acompanhamento dos processos de recebimento, seleção, higienização, manipulação, acondicionamento, armazenamento e exposição dos produtos, além do controle de perdas, rupturas, estoque e pedidos de mercadorias, contribuindo para os resultados do setor e a adequada apresentação dos produtos aos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTreinar, orientar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades da equipe do setor de Hortifrúti, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Supervisionar os processos de recebimento, seleção, higienização, manipulação, armazenamento, abastecimento, reposição e exposição dos produtos.Garantir a qualidade, frescor, integridade e condições adequadas de comercialização das frutas, verduras, legumes e demais itens do setor.Acompanhar a organização das bancas, ilhas promocionais e pontos de exposição, conforme layout, sazonalidade e estratégias comerciais.Realizar pedidos de mercadorias conforme demanda, estoque, sazonalidade, histórico de vendas e necessidades da loja.Acompanhar inventários, controles de estoque, perdas, rupturas, quebras e desperdícios, buscando ações de melhoria.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança alimentar, boas práticas de manipulação, higiene e conservação dos produtos.Monitorar as condições de armazenamento, incluindo temperaturas de câmaras frias, equipamentos refrigerados e ambientes de conservação.Assegurar a limpeza, organização e higienização das áreas, equipamentos e utensílios do setor.Orientar a equipe quanto aos padrões de atendimento, qualidade e procedimentos da empresa.Apoiar a operação do setor sempre que necessário, participando das atividades de abastecimento, organização, seleção, manipulação e exposição dos produtos.Atender clientes, prestando informações sobre produtos, características e disponibilidade.Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme orientação da liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino médio completo.Experiência na área de Hortifrúti, perecíveis ou varejo alimentar.Experiência com liderança ou supervisão de equipes.Conhecimento em controle de qualidade, armazenamento e conservação de produtos hortifrutigranjeiros.Conhecimento em boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.DesejáveisConhecimento em controle de perdas, rupturas e gestão de estoque.Experiência com pedidos de mercadorias e análise de demanda.Cursos relacionados à manipulação de alimentos, segurança alimentar ou liderança.Experiência em supermercados de médio ou grande porte.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPrêmio AssiduidadeVale alimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaAdicionais Adicional de InsalubridadeJornada 07h20 diárias, em escala 6x1, com folga fixa aos domingos.
