Estamos à procura de um(a) profissional para atuar como Supervisor(a) de Incorporação e integrar a nossa equipe na área de Novos Negócios, com foco na frente Societária.

Boa parte dos empreendimentos da OR na Bahia é desenvolvida em sociedade com parceiros. Nesta posição, você será responsável por estruturar e acompanhar essas sociedades, dos acordos de sócios à governança, passando pelo controle de custos e pela atualização das viabilidades. Com isso, terá papel central na relação da OR com sócios, investidores e terrenistas.

•     Estruturar memorandos de entendimento, acordos de sócios, contratos de investimento e de prestação de serviços;

•     Acompanhar as sociedades em curso, antecipando ritos e processos societários;

•     Apoiar a coordenação na interlocução com sócios, investidores e terrenistas;

Custos com rastreabilidade

•     Acompanhar os custos dos projetos com rastreabilidade;

•     Identificar reclassificações e corrigir lançamentos incoerentes;

•     Acompanhar o Projetado x Realizado dos projetos;

Inteligência de mercado e viabilidade

•     Aplicar inteligência de mercado aos projetos em curso, com atualização periódica;

•     Atualizar periodicamente as viabilidades e os materiais de apresentação a sócios;

Governança

•     Preparar materiais e estruturar o conteúdo de apresentações de governança (internas e externas), comitês e sócios;

•     Identificar e reportar proativamente riscos e pontos de atenção à coordenação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:

•     Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas afins;

•     Experiência prévia com rotina societária e/ou gestão contratual (memorandos, acordos de sócios, contratos de investimento ou de prestação de serviços);

•     Excel e PowerPoint em nível avançado;

•     Rigor com números e organização para garantir a rastreabilidade de custos e informações;

•     Capacidade de gerir múltiplos processos em paralelo, com senso de prioridade;

•     Comunicação clara e proativa.

Requisitos desejáveis:

•     Vivência em incorporação imobiliária, SPEs ou estruturação de parcerias será um diferencial;

•     Conhecimento de viabilidade econômico-financeira de empreendimentos;

•     Noções de contabilidade (reclassificações, controle de custos, orçado x realizado);
