Buscamos um(a) profissional das áreas de Administração, Engenharia, logística ou áreas correlatas para fazer parte do time de Supply Chain da PETRONAS!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Executar e gerenciar as rotinas de faturamento da filial, assegurando a aderência ao procedimento PLI e mantendo interface contínua com a equipe comercial para o cumprimento das normas e prazos estabelecidos• Atualizar os procedimentos e documentações operacionais juntamente ao operador logístico para gestão de auditoria interna e externa. • Atuar em parceria com a equipe de vendas para monitorar o desempenho logístico em campo. Responsável por diagnosticar lacunas operacionais e implementar planos de ação para garantir a excelência na entrega e a satisfação do cliente.• Revisar procedimentos da área, verificando e controlando atualizações de processos, métodos operacionais e mudanças na execução de tarefas, atuando em conjunto com a equipe de Qualidade da PLI BRAZIL para melhorar a qualidade do serviço e a satisfação do cliente.• Manter níveis de acuracidade de estoque por meio da implementação e supervisão de inventários rotativos e do controle de entradas e saídas, assegurando os padrões aceitáveis da PLI BRAZIL, a disponibilidade de produtos conforme a demanda e a redução de custos.• Controlar o inventário anual de produtos acabados, seguindo procedimentos específicos e supervisionando a contagem física, visando assegurar a disponibilidade de materiais e a redução de custos;• Realizar auditorias em prestadores de serviços logísticos terceirizados (3PLs) para garantir a plena conformidade com contratos de serviço, regulamentações de produtos químicos e procedimentos operacionais padrão, visando à excelência operacional e ao alcance dos KPIs da PLI BRASIL.• Supervisionar as operações logísticas da região Centro-Oeste, com foco na gestão dos processos de armazenagem e transporte;• Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre a PETRONAS, clientes, operadores logísticos, transportadoras e demais parceiros da cadeia logística;• Desenvolver e acompanhar iniciativas voltadas para aumento da competitividade da operação e redução de lead time;• Realizar visitas a clientes em conjunto com a equipe Comercial, fortalecendo relacionamentos e identificando oportunidades de melhoria;• Gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores de transporte e armazenagem, monitorando desempenho e níveis de serviço;• Acompanhar indicadores de performance logística, propondo e implementando ações de melhoria contínua;• Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança, qualidade e regulamentações aplicáveis à movimentação e armazenagem de produtos químicos e perigosos;• Interagir com áreas internas como Comercial, Financeiro, HSSE (Saúde, Segurança, Segurança de Processos e Meio Ambiente) e Supply Chain para garantir a eficiência das operações;• Atuar junto aos órgãos regulamentadores quando necessário, assegurando a conformidade das operações locais;• Apoiar projetos de expansão e desenvolvimento da malha logística da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 4 anos em operações logísticas, transporte, armazenagem ou Supply Chain;Conhecimento em SAP, preferencialmente no módulo SD;Pacote Office avançado, com forte domínio de Excel;Experiência na gestão e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho logístico;Vivência no relacionamento com operadores logísticos, transportadoras e clientes;Disponibilidade para viagens pontuais;Disponibilidade para realizar treinamento inicial e onboarding em Contagem/MG;Inglês básico.REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:Residir em Cuiabá/MT;Experiência com operações logísticas de distribuição;Conhecimento na movimentação e armazenagem de produtos químicos e/ou produtos perigosos;Vivência em projetos de expansão logística ou implantação de novas operações;Conhecimento de requisitos regulatórios relacionados ao transporte de cargas químicas.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Cuiabá/MT;Atuação estratégica no suporte ao crescimento da operação logística da PETRONAS na região Centro-Oeste;Treinamento inicial e integração realizados em Contagem/MG.
