Espera-se um líder ativo, com forte presença em campo, proximidade com a operação, capacidade de engajar equipes e atuar de forma proativa na solução de problemas e na busca por resultados sustentáveis.É fundamental possuir experiência com TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing e gestão de manutenção industrial, aplicando essas metodologias para impulsionar a performance, a confiabilidade e a produtividade dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo você precisa:Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica ou área correlatas.Experiência em rotinas de manutenção mecânica e ambiente industrial;Vivência em Gestão de Pessoas e projetos de otimização de processos. Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 3x3 em Cabreúva/SP.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência em fábrica de latas e embalagens, com atuação nas áreas de Front End e Ferramentaria, especialmente em equipamentos como Cuppers, Body Makers e Washer.
