Responsável por liderar e acompanhar a equipe nas atividades diárias do armazém, organizando a distribuição das tarefas e orientando os colaboradores quanto aos procedimentos operacionais.Atuar na conferência de produtos e materiais nos processos de recebimento e expedição, acompanhando as movimentações e contribuindo para a acuracidade e integridade dos estoques.Acompanhar as rotinas de armazenagem e movimentação, verificando a correta identificação, organização, acondicionamento e distribuição dos produtos, além de atuar na identificação e solução de eventuais divergências ou ocorrências operacionais.Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe e dos processos, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos procedimentos, metas de produtividade, qualidade e segurança da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Liderar as atividades operacionais, distribuindo as tarefas, organizando os recursos disponíveis e garantindo a utilização adequada dos espaços e o cumprimento dos procedimentos de armazenagem.

Acompanhar a movimentação e o controle dos estoques, incluindo produtos acabados, materiais de embalagem, pallets e demais insumos, assegurando a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade das informações para suportar o planejamento operacional.

Realizar e acompanhar o fechamento dos controles de estoque, analisando eventuais divergências e atuando na correção dos desvios para garantir a acuracidade dos saldos e registros.

Acompanhar as condições de operação de máquinas, equipamentos e estruturas do armazém, realizando inspeções e checklists e acionando as áreas responsáveis sempre que identificadas necessidades de manutenção ou adequação.

Orientar e acompanhar a equipe operacional, organizando a rotina de trabalho, distribuindo atividades e monitorando a execução das tarefas, com foco em produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento dos procedimentos.

Administrar as rotinas relacionadas à equipe, realizando o acompanhamento de jornada, controle de ponto, programação de férias, movimentações e demais atividades de gestão de pessoas sob sua responsabilidade.

Assegurar a organização, limpeza e conservação das áreas de armazenagem, acompanhando as condições do ambiente e promovendo a manutenção dos padrões estabelecidos.

Monitorar os indicadores operacionais, analisando resultados, identificando desvios e propondo ações para melhoria de produtividade, qualidade, custos, nível de serviço e eficiência operacional.

Apoiar a implementação de melhorias nos processos de armazenagem e movimentação, identificando oportunidades de otimização de fluxos, recursos, layout e métodos de trabalho.

Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da equipe, identificando necessidades de capacitação, apoiando a realização de treinamentos e acompanhando a evolução dos colaboradores.

Atuar na interface com as demais áreas da operação, compartilhando informações e alinhando demandas relacionadas a estoque, armazenagem, produção, expedição e movimentação de materiais.
