Não hesite em se candidatar agora mesmo.Vem com a gente e faça parte desse time onde cada dia é uma deliciosa descoberta!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a rotina operacional das lojas sob sua responsabilidade, atuando de forma próxima aos gerentes e lideranças;Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões, processos e direcionamentos estabelecidos para cada marca;Acompanhar os principais indicadores das operações, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a execução de planos de ação;Realizar visitas frequentes às unidades, acompanhando a operação em campo e apoiando na resolução dos desafios do dia a dia;Acompanhar a performance das unidades e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de suas lideranças;Acompanhar o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança dos alimentos e boas práticas nas unidades;Atuar como elo entre a gestão das marcas e as lojas, garantindo alinhamento, comunicação e execução dos direcionamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em operações de lojas em posições de liderança, preferencialmente no segmento de food service;Experiência com gestão ou acompanhamento de múltiplas unidades será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento e entendimento de DRE e dos principais KPIs operacionais de operações de food service;Conhecimento de padrões de Qualidade (QA), segurança dos alimentos e boas práticas aplicáveis à operação;Boa capacidade de análise, organização e acompanhamento de resultados;Perfil dinâmico, resolutivo e com boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Disponibilidade para atuação em escala 6x1;Conhecimento do Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisRemuneração: Salário (R$5.580,01) + Vale Transporte + Vale Refeição / Vale Alimentação (R$929/mês) + GymPass + Plano de Saúde Amil + Plano Odontológico Amil + Auxílio Farmácia OMNI + Auxílio Creche (para mulheres) + Convênio com faculdades + Convênio com cursos de idiomas + PLR + Trilha de Carreira!
