Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Operações & Validação de Dados para liderar uma operação de prestação de serviços focada na validação de modelos de Inteligência Artificial para clientes.O profissional será responsável pela gestão de uma equipe de auxiliares, garantindo produtividade, qualidade, cumprimento de SLAs e entrega dos volumes contratados de validações. Além da gestão operacional, atuará como principal ponto de contato entre a equipe interna e os clientes, assegurando excelência na execução dos serviços e melhoria contínua dos processos.Há mais de 30 anos, o GRUPO GR atua nos segmentos de Segurança e Serviços, construindo uma história de confiança com mais de 12 mil colaboradores em todo o Brasil.Vivemos um momento de transformação, investindo no desenvolvimento de pessoas, na inovação e na tecnologia para oferecer uma melhor experiência aos candidatos e ampliar as oportunidades de crescimento do nosso time.Se você busca uma empresa sólida, que investe nas pessoas e no futuro, o seu lugar pode ser aqui.Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestão Operacional:Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe de colaboradores;Planejar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades diárias da operação;Garantir o cumprimento das metas de validações diárias, semanais e mensais;Assegurar o atendimento aos indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e SLA contratados;Monitorar continuamente a performance operacional, identificando desvios e implementando ações corretivas;Gerenciar escalas, capacidade operacional e alocação eficiente dos recursos; Gestão de Performance:Definir e acompanhar KPIs operacionais;Elaborar dashboards executivos e relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados;Realizar reuniões periódicas de performance com a equipe;Conduzir planos de melhoria contínua visando aumento de produtividade, qualidade e eficiência;Promover uma cultura orientada por indicadores e resultados; Relacionamento com Clientes:Atuar como principal interface operacional junto aos clientes;Acompanhar reuniões de acompanhamento de performance;Garantir o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço acordados;Comunicar riscos, planos de ação e resultados de forma clara e estruturada;Contribuir para a evolução dos processos e expansão dos serviços prestados;Tecnologia e Processos:Utilizar ferramentas tecnológicas/sistemas para acompanhamento da operação;Desenvolver controles, automações e dashboards utilizando ferramentas de Business Intelligence/IA;Apoiar a implementação de melhorias em processos relacionados à validação de IA;Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de tecnologia para otimizar fluxos operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência Prévia Desejáveis;Experiência em gestão de equipes operacionais (preferencialmente equipes de atendimento com alto volume);Vivência em operações com metas de produtividade e indicadores de desempenho;Experiência em atendimento e relacionamento com clientes corporativos;Histórico na gestão de operações de BPO, operações digitais, centros de serviços compartilhados ou operações de tecnologia será considerado um diferencial.
