Você é tudo o que importa!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdquirir o entendimento global da linha de montagem atual;Ser responsável por mapear todos os processos produtivos vigentes;Criar os padrões de trabalho que serão utilizados pelos operadores;Identificar problemas de processo, criar soluções e implementar as melhorias no processo produtivo;Melhorar a logística interna de produção de maneira que não ocorram falhas de alimentação da linha de montagem;Estruturar a montagem final evitando paradas de linha;Gestão de fornecedores globais que estão atendendo ao cliente, na área de melhoria de processos;Implementar o sistema de reação à parada de linha;Organizar junto ao time de manutenção da fábrica as manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas, minimizando as paradas por falha técnica;Organizar junto ao time produção, treinamentos para operadores e processistas, melhorando assim o rendimento fabril e a qualidade dos produtos;Organizar junto ao time de qualidade, auditorias internas, sistema de recepção de sugestões de melhoria, sempre com objetivo de melhorar o ambiente de trabalho e com isso melhorar o rendimento fabril;Estabelecer os critérios, targets produtivos e de qualidade em conjunto com os departamentos produtivo, qualidade e diretoria;Gestão do processo de implementação de novos produtos na linha de produção estabelecendo e seguindo cronogramas;Coordenação e mediação entre fornecedores de equipamentos e as demais áreas do cliente;Organização e condução de reuniões e documentação das decisões e resultados;Coordenação do planejamento, aquisição, construção, try-out, instalação, comissionamento, SOP, e a qualidade dos equipamentos e linhas de produção necessárias;Coordenação do acompanhamento das atividades nos fornecedores de equipamentos, relatórios de status, try-out e pre-buy-off.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa nas áreas de Engenharia;Experiência em gestão de processos produtivos, identificação, solução de problemas e implementação de melhorias;Vivência em indústrias de grande porte;Inglês avançado para conversação;Disponibilidade para atuação em Batatais/SP e/ou em SBC/SP;Contratação como PJ ou CLT.Informações adicionaisProjeto com duração de 02 anos com grandes possibilidades de extensão. Disponibilidade para atuação em Batatais/SP e/ou em SBC/SP;Contratação como PJ ou CLT.
