Supervisionar as atividades operacionais da produção farmacêutica, assegurando o cumprimento do plano de produção, dos procedimentos operacionais, das Boas Práticas de Fabricação e das normas de segurança, garantindo qualidade, produtividade e eficiência dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtribuições:

Supervisionar as operações diárias da produção conforme planejamento estabelecido. Garantir o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF/GMP) e dos procedimentos internos. Liderar equipes operacionais, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando desempenho. Servir de ponte na comunicação entre política da empresa e colaboradores Garantir o cumprimento das normas internas pelos colaboradores da área de produção. Acompanhar metas e indicadores de produção, produtividade e eficiência. Identificar, registrar e comunicar desvios, não conformidades e ocorrências operacionais. Apoiar investigações de desvios e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas. Assegurar o correto uso de equipamentos, matérias-primas e insumos. Garantir o preenchimento correto e em tempo hábil dos registros de produção. Interface com comunicação clara e assertiva com as áreas de Qualidade, Manutenção, PCP e Logística. Gestão e acompanhamento dos registros de ponto, aplicação de medidas disciplinares, e avaliação do desempenho dos colaboradores diretos. Participar ativamente do processo seletivo. Apoiar treinamentos operacionais e cumprimento das normas de segurança. Sugerir melhorias nos processos produtivos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃO

Ensino superior completo em Farmácia, Engenharia, Química ou áreas correlatas.

  ·    Experiência em supervisão ou liderança de equipes de produção na indústria farmacêutica.REQUISITODisponibilidade para atuar no 2º turno (15:00 ás 22:00);
