Sobre a OportunidadeEstamos em busca de uma Supervisora de Recepção dinâmica, organizada e com excelente comunicação interpessoal para liderar nossa equipe de atendimento na linha de frente.Sua principal missão será garantir que a experiência dos nossos clientes/visitantes seja impecável desde o primeiro contato, mantendo a excelência nos processos internos, a harmonia da equipe e o padrão de qualidade da empresa.🛠 Principais ResponsabilidadesGestão de Equipe: Liderar, treinar e motivar a equipe de recepcionistas/atendentes; elaborar escalas de trabalho e controlar horários/ponto.Supervisão do Atendimento: Garantir a agilidade, cordialidade e eficiência nos atendimentos presenciais, telefônicos e por canais digitais.Padronização de Processos: Fazer cumprir os procedimentos operacionais padrão (SOP) e propor melhorias contínuas para a rotina da recepção.Resolução de Conflitos: Atuar na mediação e solução de dúvidas, reclamações ou situações complexas de clientes com inteligência emocional.Gestão de Infraestrutura e Insumos: Monitorar a organização, limpeza e apresentação da área de recepção, além de controlar o estoque de materiais de escritório e suporte ao cliente.Relatórios e Indicadores: Acompanhar métricas de atendimento (fluxo de visitantes, tempo de espera, satisfação) e reportar à gerência.📌 Informações GeraisRegime de Contratação: CLTJornada: Segunda a Sexta, das 08h às 17:48Responsabilidades e atribuições• Acompanhar a frequência de preenchimento das solicitações através das tabulações de service one• Acompanhar as solicitações especiais do dia• Acompanhar Programa de Satisfação do Hóspede• Consultar informações via sistema CM• Coordenar através do log book todas as pendencias e/ou solicitações para aquele turno para acompanhamento e realização.• Coordenar o orçamento de receitas e despesas previstas maximizando os lucros do departamento de hospedagem.• Dominar controles e procedimentos dos serviços de quarto• Elaborar a escala de revezamento, escala de férias e gestão de ponto.• Enviar ordem de serviços para áreas• Fazer cartas de desculpas para hóspedes que tiveram inconvenientes em sua estada• Fazer preferências de Hóspede Programa de Hóspede Habitué• Fazer relação de todos os hóspedes VIPs• Gerenciar qualquer ocorrência que necessite uma tomada de decisão superior• Indicar serviços de Operadores Turísticos• Manter os padrões de atendimento ao hóspede garantindo o 110% satisfação.• Monitorar atendimento de ordem de serviços junto às áreas• Realizar atendimento telefônico interno e externo• Realizar plantões operacionais de acordo com escala pré definida pela Gerência• Realizar reuniões diárias com a equipe• Realizar welcome call a apartamentos em check-in• Recepcionar hóspedes, condôminos e clientes de forma cortês• Registrar ocupação em log book• Solucionar pendências administrativas/financeiras da área.• Supervisionar, organizar, treinar e orientar as atividades de todos os envolvido na área, maximizando os resultados.Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino Superior completo• Inglês avançado• Experiência na funçãoInformações adicionais• Convênio Médico• Convênio Odontológico• Seguro de Vida• Vale Transporte• Vale Refeição (chefia diferencial)• Totalpass
