Supervisionar o processo de SECAGEM da madeira em estufas e da equipe envolvida no processo, distribuindo as tarefas a serem executadas. Assegurar o melhor aproveitamento da matéria prima, otimizar os custos, alcançar metas pactuadas e promover melhorias contínuas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar os indicadores de produção do setor; Acompanhar o desempenho dos operadores de seu turno de trabalho, visando manter o ritmo, qualidade e produtividade do trabalho; Analisar os relatórios diários de produção, visando identificar desvios dos padrões no processo produtivo, providenciando as respectivas correções; Verificar ocorrências do turno anterior; Garantir as condições básicas dos equipamentos acompanhando as manutenções corretivas, orientando os operadores para conservação das máquinas através do sistema de etiquetagem; Realizar o Controle de Processo; Cumprir a programação de produção acordado com o PCP; Garantir o cumprimento das metas do setor e a manutenção dos indicadores de eficiência global do equipamento (OEE); Garantir a qualidade do produto; Executar outras tarefas compatíveis com as exigências para o exercício da função; Acompanhar diariamente o 5s do setor, assegurando o seu cumprimento; Treinar e Desenvolver seus liderados; Garantir a realização do controle de processo do seu setor e auditoria com frequência; Eventualmente Operar Caldeira (somente BP).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior (completo) em Engenharia Industrial Madeireira ou áreas correlatasSólido conhecimento em secagem de madeiraDisponibilidade para trabalhar no segundo turnoDisponibilidade para residir em Jaguariaíva, PRDesejávelNR 13 - Operador de CaldeiraNR 33 - Espaço Confinado Autorizados e Vigias NR 35 - Trabalho em AlturaInformações adicionaisPPR - Participação dos Resultados (Programa Ganha-Ganha)Vale AlimentaçãoVale Refeição / Restaurante na empresaAssistência MédicaPlano OdontológicoWellhub (Gympass)Convênio com FarmáciasAuxílio CrecheConvênio com Clubes de LazerDay Off - Folga no Mês do AniversárioIncentivo à EducaçãoSeguro de Vida / Auxílio FuneralVale Transporte
