Administrar as informações sobre os resultados de vendas diariamente, apontar o melhor e pior desempenho, aprimorar técnicas de vendas (Simulação de atendimento) visando à atualização diária das informações (Mercado e Empresa) a fim de assegurar o bom desempenho da equipe. Garantir atingimento das metas de vendas e ser o suporte para que os Repasses sejam finalizados de forma eficiente;Acompanhar a gestão dos prospects pelos agentes de vendas, acompanhar as etapas de agendamento, a fim de garantir a reunião com o cliente na loja; Assegurar que todos os comprovantes de pagamentos referente à entrada sinal (Boleto Bancário ou Depósito Identificado) sejam encaminhados para loja e repassados para a área responsável; Certificar que todos os documentos exigidos pela equipe de crédito (CACT) estejam adequados; Desenvolver, treinar, orientar, motivar e capacitar (Formar novos Líderes) de acordo com as Diretrizes da gerência do Ciclo Financeiro, tendo como objetivo demonstrar a importância que cada profissional tem no time; Participar de reuniões (Clientes e Consultores) a fim de garantir o fechamento da venda com liquidez para a Tenda e satisfação total para o cliente deixando claro que foi uma excelente aquisição.
