Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a equipe e a rotina do Laboratório de Manipulação, garantindo organização das atividades, clareza das prioridades e cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança e eficiência estabelecidos.Desenvolver os Monitores do laboratório, fortalecendo critérios para tomada de decisão, definição de prioridades, leitura do fluxo de trabalho e correto escalonamento das situações.  Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, conduzindo feedbacks, reconhecendo boas práticas, alinhando expectativas e atuando no desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental dos colaboradores. Promover um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, contribuindo para o fortalecimento do clima, do engajamento da equipe e da responsabilidade compartilhada pelos resultados da área.Garantir a organização e disciplina da rotina do turno, acompanhando os principais ritos de gestão, passagens de turno, registros, prioridades e andamento das atividades.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores relacionados à qualidade, produtividade, retrabalho, atrasos, absenteísmo e demais resultados da operação, utilizando os dados para direcionar ações e oportunidades de melhoria.Identificar tendências, gargalos e riscos operacionais, atuando de forma preventiva para evitar recorrências e impactos na operação.Propor e acompanhar melhorias nos processos, fluxos e rotinas do laboratório, buscando continuamente maior qualidade, eficiência e fluidez na operação. Contribuir para um ambiente colaborativo, seguro e alinhado à cultura da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Farmácia com Registro ativo no CRF;Experiência com gestão de pessoas e liderança de equipes;Vivência com feedbacks, gestão de desempenho e conflitos;Não é necessário ter experiência prévia em laboratório de manipulação. Buscamos principalmente profissionais farmacêuticos com experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes, independentemente do segmento de atuação.
