Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDistribuir e controlar a carteira, os prazos e a cobertura de ausências da equipe.Selecionar, treinar e avaliar os correspondentes de cada praça, com manual por parceiro e avaliação por qualidade de ata entregue.Manter controle de qualidade das atas por amostragem, identificar padrão de falha e retornar a correspondente.Conduzir a política de acordos dentro da alçada e escalar o que a excede.Classificar risco e provisão e sustentar a classificação junto ao contador do cliente e em auditoria.Apoio aos sócios no relatório mensal de apuração que sustenta o faturamento e responsável pelos relatórios gerenciais contratados sob supervisão e desenvolvimento.Ser o interlocutor do jurídico interno do cliente e das quatro unidades de negócio: Facilities, Engenharia, Segurança e Corporativo.Assumir os casos estratégicos e as execuções de maior exposição.Requisitos e qualificações● Graduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB.● Experiência em contencioso trabalhista, com perfil de gestão de pessoas e operacional.● Experiência comprovada em gestão de correspondentes ou de rede de parceiros.● Experiência em gestão de prazo e indicadores em carteira de volume.● Experiência em política de acordos com alçada definida.● Experiência em classificação de risco, provisão e contingência.● Experiência anterior em migração ou implantação de carteira.● Vivência com jurimetria e leitura de indicadores para decisão.● Experiência em ações coletivas, ações civis públicas e demandas do Ministério Público do Trabalho.● Experiência ou forte familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à gestão jurídica, com capacidade para identificar oportunidades de automação, otimizar fluxos e orientar a equipe quanto ao uso responsável da tecnologia.Informações adicionais Modelo de trabalho: presencial no primeiro mês, na LBCA, no Itaim Bibi (São Paulo/SP). Após esse período, híbrido, com três dias presenciais e dois dias remotos por semana.
