Sua atuação será fundamental para monitorar indicadores de desempenho, mediar conflitos com foco em humanização e promover a integração constante entre as áreas administrativa e assistencial. Se você tem paixão por desenvolver pessoas, gerenciar processos hospitalares e busca uma oportunidade de crescimento interno, venha fazer parte deste desafio!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a equipe de atendimento, realizando o gerenciamento completo da jornada de trabalho, o que inclui a elaboração de escala de trabalho, planejamento de férias e o acompanhamento contínuo de desempenho;Monitorar o tempo de espera e os padrões de qualidade, assegurando a agilidade nos processos e a satisfação no fluxo dos pacientes;Promover a mediação de conflitos junto a pacientes e acompanhantes, agindo com empatia e garantindo o padrão de atendimento humanizado da instituição;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho da área, como taxas de absenteísmo, tempo médio de atendimento e pesquisas de satisfação do cliente;Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso dos fluxos operacionais e protocolos internos estabelecidos pela coordenação hospitalar;Planejar e executar ações de treinamento e desenvolvimento contínuo para a capacitação técnica e comportamental do time;Assegurar a conformidade dos processos com as normas legais e institucionais vigentes, incluindo as diretrizes da LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) e as práticas de segurança do paciente;Prestar suporte estratégico em auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a conformidade e a organização de toda a documentação do setor;Manter interface ativa e alinhamento constante com setores fundamentais, como enfermagem, faturamento hospitalar e central de leitos, com foco na fluidez dos processos institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes ou na supervisão de atendimento no segmento de saúde suplementar (hospitais, clínicas ou operadoras);Conhecimento prático em gestão de rotinas de pessoal, como controle de escala hospitalar e indicadores de absenteísmo;Habilidade com sistemas de gestão hospitalar e ferramentas corporativas de monitoramento de fluxo de atendimento.Desejável:Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas de liderança de processos;Conhecimento aprofundado sobre normas de auditoria e conformidade com a LGPD no ambiente de saúde.Informações adicionaisEscala e horário de trabalho: Regime de plantão, das 07:00 às 19:00 (Carga horária mensal de 180h).Local de trabalho: Rua Ceará, 186 - Santa Efigênia, Belo Horizonte/MGO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
