O profissional será responsável por garantir a eficiência, organização e controle das rotinas administrativas e financeiras da unidade, supervisionando equipes, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho, assegurando a conformidade dos processos e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua das operações e resultados da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Supervisionar e orientar as atividades da equipe administrativa, atendimento e limpeza. Garantir o cumprimento dos processos administrativos, financeiros e operacionais da área. Gerenciar e acompanhar as rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber. Monitorar processos de cobrança, multas, avarias e recuperação de valores. Validar reajustes contratuais, faturamento e cobranças retroativas. Realizar e acompanhar cadastros de fornecedores e controles documentais. Apoiar e acompanhar atividades relacionadas ao faturamento. Garantir a aderência aos processos internos, procedimentos corporativos e requisitos de auditoria. Atuar na gestão de não conformidades e implementação de ações corretivas. Desenvolver e acompanhar metas da equipe, promovendo melhoria contínua e foco em resultados. Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Meio Ambiente, Qualidade e Sistema de Gestão Integrada.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas. (Desejável)Necessário ter experiência com gestão de equipes.Necessário ter vivência em rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, faturamento e controles administrativos.Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de gestão.Espera-se experiência mínima de 3 anos em posições administrativas, financeiras ou de supervisão.Diferencial ter experiência na análise, acompanhamento e apresentação de indicadores de desempenho operacionais e financeiros.
