Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as atividades relativas ao administrativo da filial no que tange a Faturamento, Registros e Monitoramento Fiscal, Controle de Estoque, Conferência, Almoxarifado e SAP (Serviço de Atendimento ao Parceiro);Garantir a execução dos controles referentes a sua área de acordo com a Matriz de Riscos e Controles da SOX e diretrizes presentes nas nossas Políticas e Procedimentos que são avaliados dentro do PARC.Responder as solicitações da Auditoria Interna e Externa.Manter contato com o Núcleo Administrativo do ESP nas atividades compartilhadas, reportando informações e realizando as tratativas que precisam ser executadas localmente;Apoiar no controle de documentações legais da unidade;Realizar e engajar a equipe em atividades de Segurança e Integridade;Participar de reuniões estratégicas;Gerir a execução do orçamento anual do Administrativo em sua unidade;Contribuir com o desenvolvimento e implantação de projetos;Analisar e monitorar dados e informações, através de relatórios, indicadores e promover melhorias contínuas;Gerir equipe de trabalho promovendo treinamentos e engajamento, realizando a anualmente a avaliação de desempenho, fornecendo feedback e contribuindo com a construção do Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior na área em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou afins;Pacote Office - Intermediário/Avançado;Gestão de indicadores;Conhecimento nos sistemas internos (Oracle, Salesforce);Experiência em rotinas administrativas e gestão de pessoas.Conhecimento em Lean Office, Six Sigma será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisAqui você irá encontrar:Remuneração atrativa;PLR;Vale Refeição de R$ 51,12 por dia, conforme CCT;VA de R$ 814,13,00 por mês e em dezembro tem crédito extra de mais R$ 814,13;Assistência Médica e Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Plano de Previdência Privada;Wellhub;Recarga mensal do P13 (nosso botijão azul!!!);Gratificação de férias; uma grana a mais para você curtir as suas férias \o/Convênio com farmácia (Vidalink);Vale transporte.É nosso compromisso, aqui na Ultragaz, estimular um ambiente de muita liberdade e igualdade, de muitas cores e sotaques.
