Planejar e coordenar as atividades gerais do almoxarifado, distribuindo atividades, buscando agilizar o fluxo contínuo de materiais e o controle efetivo dos estoques, visando assegurar a organização e integridade dos materiais estocados. Planejar e controlar os trabalhos relativos ao recebimento, descarga, estocagem, registro e inventário de materiais. Analisar resultados dos inventários, acompanhando os levantamentos de estoques obsoletos e sem movimentação. Analisar recomendações e requisições de compras de materiais, produtos, peças e serviços.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o departamento de almoxarifado, organizando as atividades dos colaboradores conforme estrutura do setor, orientando quanto aos procedimentos de recebimentos de mercadorias e certificando-se de que estão sendo executados dentro das normas e políticas da empresa;Participar da elaboração das normas e procedimentos do departamento, a fim de organizar e regularizar a política na empresa;Participar de reunião com os colaboradores, relatando as pautas como: andamento dos trabalhos, política de qualidade e outros, a fim de assegurar a execução das demandas;Consultar diariamente os relatórios de solicitação de compras, priorizando os itens de acordo com as características de emergência, assegurando o rápido atendimento de acordo com a necessidade da empresa;Coordenar/definir níveis mínimos e máximos de estoques de materiais e métodos de controle, bem como os procedimentos de compras, visando garantir o contínuo abastecimento das necessidades da empresa;Supervisionar a equipe, atuando para o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores, acompanhando o desempenho do setor, visando a qualidade das entregas e o alcance dos indicadores da área;Responder pela gestão das pessoas no que referem a férias, pagamentos, benefícios e outros;Acompanhar os levantamentos de estoques obsoletos e sem movimentação;Acompanhar o desempenho do setor, tomando ações sobre as ocorrências nestes contidas, procurando motivar sempre os colaboradores para melhorar a execução das tarefas;Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, estabelecidos pela organização, bem como, utilizar constantemente todos os EPIs de uso obrigatório no desenvolvimento das atividades do cargo e do setor.
