Mais do que preparar alunos para o ensino superior, formamos cidadãos conscientes, protagonistas e preparados para os desafios do futuro.Se você busca um ambiente acolhedor, desafiador e com propósito, venha fazer parte do time Alfa e construir conosco a educação do futuro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecrutamento e seleção de professores bilíngues, junto com a coordenação bilíngue da marca;Observação de aulas de professores bilíngues;Supervisão de projetos pedagógicos bilíngues;Supervisão de avaliações bilíngues;Planejamento anual, mensal e planos de aula: assessorar, avaliar e dar feedback;Responsável pela comunicação entre a coordenação bilíngue da marca e teachers, bem como com as outras coordenações pedagógicas de língua portuguesa;Assessorar, avaliar, dar feedback e providenciar a impressão de atividades/materiais em língua inglesa para serem entregues em sala de aula;Responsável pelos treinamentos de desenvolvimento profissional dos teachers, junto com a coordenação bilíngue da marca;Comunicação com as famílias: manter os pais informados dos processos pedagógicos; junto com as coordenações pedagógicas da unidade, atender e/ou convocar pais para conversar sobre demandas pedagógicas e/ou comportamentais das crianças;Pensar, planejar, pedir material e executar, junto com os professores, os eventos, datas comemorativas e festivais; apresentar e conduzir alguns eventos (juntamente ou não com as outras coordenações pedagógicas).Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Letras (Português/Inglês) e/ou Pedagogia;Domínio de língua inglesa – mínimo nível B2 do Quadro Comum Europeu de Referência (se nível C1, será um diferencial);Experiência em coordenação escolar (de preferência em educação básica) e gestão de equipes.Experiência no ensino de língua inglesa em diferentes contextos (escolas de idiomas - do básico ao avançado; e/ou educação básica).Pós-graduação (especialização) em educação bilíngue ou áreas afins em ensino de idiomas;Familiaridade com exames de proficiência internacionais de língua inglesa;Vivência em país de língua inglesa (não apenas viagens).Informações adicionaisBenefíciosDuas bolsas de 100% para filhos (Alfa)Plano de Saúde Unimed com coparticipaçãoVale TransporteDay off aniversariante
