Esse profissional terá papel importante na integração das diferentes frentes de vendas, no acompanhamento dos resultados e no desenvolvimento da operação comercial. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as frentes comerciais, acompanhando desempenho e alcance das metas mensais;Liderar as operações de varejo e atacado, apoiando negociações, atendimento e pós-venda;Gerenciar o relacionamento com grandes contas, clientes PJ e órgãos públicos;Supervisionar a frente de licitações, acompanhando propostas, conformidade e prazos;Analisar indicadores de vendas, faturamento e margens, reportando os resultados à Diretoria;Participar ativamente das vendas e negociações sempre que necessário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios ✅

Ensino Superior completo em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas;

Experiência mínima de 3 anos em gestão comercial multicanal, especialmente em operações de atacado, varejo e canais digitais;

Experiência com gestão de equipes e técnicas de negociação;

Conhecimento e utilização de CRM e sistemas ERP;

Excel avançado.
