Gestão da Equipe de VendasSupervisionar, orientar e motivar representantes comerciais e vendedores.Acompanhar o desempenho individual e coletivo da equipe, propondo melhorias.Realizar treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais sobre produtos e técnicas de vendas.2. Planejamento e Estratégia ComercialElaborar e implementar planos de ação para alcance de metas comerciais.Estabelecer metas mensais, trimestrais e anuais alinhadas com os objetivos da empresa.Analisar o mercado, identificar oportunidades e propor estratégias de expansão.3. Relacionamento com Clientes e RepresentantesVisitar clientes estratégicos, grandes contas e distribuidores.Fortalecer o relacionamento com parceiros comerciais e representantes.Atuar na resolução de conflitos, reclamações e demandas comerciais.4. Acompanhamento de IndicadoresMonitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs) como volume de vendas, margem de lucro e cobertura de território.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais para a diretoria.Propor ações corretivas em caso de desvios de desempenho.5. Conhecimento TécnicoManter-se atualizado sobre a linha de produtos da Real H e sobre inovações no setor agropecuário e veterinário.Participar de feiras, eventos e treinamentos técnicos do setor.6. Suporte às Campanhas e MarketingApoiar na implementação de campanhas promocionais.Coletar feedback do mercado para aprimoramento dos materiais de marketing e produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Superior Completo - Desejável: Medicina Veterinária; Agronomia; Zootecnia ou cursos afins;Experiência anterior com supervisão de equipes comerciais (preferencialmente no setor agropecuário ou veterinário).Experiência com produtos de nutrição animal de grandes animais e/ou segmento nutricional;Vivência com representantes comerciais, distribuidores e grandes contas do setor.Conhecimento técnico sobre produtos veterinários, manejo animal e sanidade animal (desejável familiaridade com homeopatia veterinária).Domínio de técnicas de venda consultiva e gestão por resultados (KPIs).Liderança e capacidade de motivação de equipe.Boa comunicação, persuasão e habilidade para resolução de conflitos.Perfil proativo, estratégico e com foco em resultados.Capacidade de trabalhar com metas e sob pressão.Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (visitação a clientes e acompanhamento de equipe em campo).CNH categoria B.Informações adicionaisPremiação mensal e semestral;Plano de Saúde – Unimed (co-participativo); GymPass (Wellhub);Conexa saúde;Celular, notebook e carro da empresa.
