Buscamos uma pessoa para a posição de Supervisor Comercial que esteja disposta a liderar nossa equipe externa/interna de vendas, focar na expansão e desenvolvimento do time, além de supervisionar os resultados, motivar e qualificar a equipe. Esta pessoa precisa ser focada em iniciativas comerciais, ser capaz de organizar e gerenciar nossos indicadores de vendas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar e acompanhar a equipe do comercial; Acompanhar metas, indicadores e resultados da equipe; Realizar atendimento e relacionamento com clientes, alunos e potenciais clientes; Atuar na captação de novos clientes/alunos, identificando oportunidades de negócio; Desenvolver e acompanhar ações comerciais para geração de leads e conversão; Planejar e participar de eventos internos e externos, feiras, ações institucionais e comerciais; Representar a UNIG em eventos e ações externas, fortalecendo o relacionamento com empresas, instituições e parceiros; Realizar visitas externas e prospecção de novos parceiros e oportunidades; Orientar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, promovendo engajamento e alta performance; Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar os principais indicadores da área;Ter foco no aluno e na conversão; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos comerciais e propor novas estratégias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento, preferencialmente em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Perfil proativo, dinâmico e orientado para resultados; Habilidade para negociação e relacionamento interpessoal; Disponibilidade para participação em eventos e ações externas.Trataremos como diferencial o candidato que possuir experiência de gestão no segmento de Ensino/Educação.Informações adicionaisPerfil que buscamosUma pessoa comercial, comunicativa, estratégica e mão na massa, que goste de pessoas, tenha facilidade para criar relacionamentos e esteja motivada por desafios e resultados.Se você gosta de liderar, prospectar, representar uma marca e transformar oportunidades em resultados, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!Venha fazer parte do time UNIG!
