Supervisionar e garantir a precisão da escrituração e demonstrações contábeis do grupo, assegurando o cumprimento das normas IRFS e CPCs específicas da construção civil, apoiar a consolidação precisa das SPEs na controladora e o atendimento rigoroso às auditorias.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEscrituração contabil: Supervisionar a correta escrituração contábil, validando os saldos contábeis através das composições atualizadas pelos analistas. Consolidação de SPEs e Holding: Apoiar no processo de consolidação das demonstrações financeiras (Balanço Patrimonial, DRE, DFC, DMPL, DVA) e notas explicativas.Validação da Norma: Acompanhar, criticar e sugerir correções para aplicação das normas de IRFS e CPCs.Obrigações Contábeis (ECD): Garantir a validação, geração e transmissão tempestiva da ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital / SPED Contábil).Atendimento à Auditoria Externa: Controlar e enviar a documentação aos auditores independentes.Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Equipe: Orientar e acompanhar a equipe de analistas contábeis na rotina diária criticando e apresentando soluções para problematicas do processo interno.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Bacharelado completo em Ciências Contábeis.Experiência: Sólida vivência em rotinas contábeis no setor de construção civil, incorporação imobiliária ou loteamentos.Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio em mapa de lucro imobiliário e experiência em consolidação de balanços em estruturas de holding/múltiplas SPEs.
