Que tal fazer parte de uma empresa com crescimento acelerado que faz história há mais de quatro décadas?Chegou seu momento, venha ser #IN! 💙💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia você vai:Supervisionar, planejar, direcionar e orientar equipe de ajudantes, operadores de empilhadeira, líderes e manobristas nas atividades relacionadas ao armazenamento e carregamento dentro do armazém.Participar e acompanhar diariamente a matinal das equipes de trabalho (ajudantes, líderes, e operadores de empilhadeira), dos turnos.Participar diariamente da matinal do cliente para alinhar demandas e pendências que devem ser tratadas e resolvidas.Fazer acompanhamento das tarefas diárias dos operadores, ajudantes, líderes entre outros da sua responsabilidade, e direcionar a equipe para as demandas emergenciais.Fazer acompanhamento e checklist de manutenção do 5S, garantindo as operações.Fazer vistoria e checklist diário em todo o armazém.Fazer troca de turno com os pares, para alinhar informações com os líderes e equipe de armazém, levantar pendências em relação as demandas, equipamentos e tratar outras necessidades quando necessário.Fazer acompanhamento de descarregamento e armazenamento de insumos (latas vazias, rolhas, etc.).Realizar a gestão de pessoas em conjunto com o superior imediato nas operações do armazém no dia a dia, acompanhando, passando instruções, orientações, aplicando medidas disciplinares quando necessário e treinando cada pessoa da equipe para a resolução de problemas no dia a dia, inspirando-os a se sentirem donos do negócio.Realizar acompanhamento do abastecimento das linhas e retirada dos produtos da produção.Realizar acompanhamento de todas as operações do armazém através dos indicadores de Power BI do cliente e demais indicadores da empresa.Realizar reunião periódica com o Coordenador/Especialista do cliente, para apresentação de resultados e definição de planos ação para correção de metas quando necessário.Realizar reunião diária de segurança (DDS), com toda a equipe do armazém.Trabalhar juntamente com a equipe, em conformidade com as normas de segurança e saúde do trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesE o que você precisa ter?🎓 Formação: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Logística e/ou áreas afins.📚 Desejável: Cursando Pós/MBA em Administração Logística, Supply Chain e/ou áreas afins.🏭 Experiência com supervisão em armazenagem/ estoque🛠️ Cursos ou Especializações:💻 Pacote Office📊 Excel Básico📦 Carregamento e Descarga🚛 Movimentação de Armazéns💡 Conhecimentos Desejáveis🔄 Noções de PDCA⏳ Noções de FEFO⌛ Noções de FIFO📊 Noções de Gestão de Estoque (Curva ABC)Informações adicionaisOferecemos um pacote completo de benefícios incluindo:🎟️ Vale Alimentação🍽️ Vale Refeição🏥 Plano de Saúde🦷 Plano Odontológico🛡️ Seguro de Vida🚌 Vale Transporte🏋️‍♂️ Gympass💊 Descontos em Farmácias🎓 Descontos em Universidades🗣️ Descontos em Cursos de Idiomas
