Cumprir as metas de SLA para todos os atendimentos recebidos. Atualização dos dados cadastrais e registro de qualquer interação com todos os clientes. Zelar pelo bom relacionamento com os clientes, respeitando-os qualquer que seja seu status ou demanda.Será responsável por: Atendimento Receptivo:Esclarecimento de dúvidas em geral;Direcionamento de solicitações, acompanhando-as até a completa solução;Dar diretrizes quanto às informaçòes vigentes, anúncios importantes e informações relevantes;Efetuar a resolução dos problemas trazidos pelos pais ou colaboradores internos (utilizar ferramenta APOLLO ou Perseus);Abertura de solicitações através do aplicativo da Rede Decisão;Acompanhamento das tarefas, cobrando áreas envolvidas para solução rápida e definitiva;Checar os tickets abertos e elaborar respostas baseando-se nas políticas internas;Responder chats online;Prestar atendimento de qualidade interna e externa;Declarações (quitação e I.R.).Contatos de cobrança:Acordo de confissão de dívida;Correção de valor de Boletos (concessões incorretas);Alterar vencimentos de boletos (renegociações loja e Perseus);Negociação de boletos (loja e Perseus);Solicitação de Boletos - Loja;Solicitação de Boletos - Perseus;Cancelamento de compra da Loja – NCE/Material/Transporte (pgto com cartão);Inclusão de descontos;Tratar com cordialidade, respeito e empatia, todos clientes (interno ou externo);O atendimento pode ser referente a qualquer área, e deve ser iniciado e finalizado pelo mesmo atendente;Organizar e compartilhar todas as informações com a área para que qualquer atendente consiga fazer um atendimento completo e eficiente;Fazer atendimento com excelência;Vivência em rotinas de atendimento ao cliente e SAQ.Por mais que nos esforcemos para incluir todas as principais responsabilidades e atribuições desta posição, pode ser que nem toda atividade pertinente à função tenha sido identificada.
